01

Information you provide

The estimate form asks for your name and phone number so MDF can identify and return your request. Your email address and project description are optional. If you contact us another way, we receive the information you choose to include.

02

Request and visit details

Every estimate request includes its submission time and a unique submission identifier. The website also provides the page URL, referring page, campaign parameters in the URL, and browser User-Agent.

03

How MDF uses information

We use request information to:

  • Understand your project and respond to your inquiry.
  • Send the request to the MDF team member handling follow-up.
  • Prevent duplicate submissions and protect the form from misuse.
  • Diagnose delivery problems and understand campaign referrals.
04

Service providers and access

Vercel provides website hosting and anonymous performance measurement. A restricted Telegram bot and a private Google Sheets document help process and deliver estimate requests. These providers process information as needed to operate their services. Within MDF, access is limited to people who need the request to follow up or support the website.

05

Cookies and tracking

The website uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure anonymous page performance and Web Vitals. Performance data can include the page route, network speed, browser, device type, operating system, country, metric value, and event time. Vercel states that this data is not associated with an individual visitor or IP address and cannot reconstruct a browsing session. The public website does not use advertising trackers. The private admin route sets essential authentication cookies only after a successful admin sign-in.

06

Retention and security

MDF keeps request information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, secure the service, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure.

07

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to records MDF may need to retain. Please do not place financial, medical, government identification, or other sensitive details in the project description.

Send privacy questions or requests to hello@mdftile.com. For the rules that apply when using the website, read our website terms.
