Waterproofing
Tile and grout are not waterproof by themselves. Showers need a proper system behind the tile to protect the walls and floor.

We plan the starting point, grout lines, pattern, trim, and visible cuts before setting the tile.
Joints and cure time
Corners, room edges, grout, sealant, mortar, and waterproofing products all need the right detail and enough time to cure.
